I'm having trouble pledging. It won't progress to the payment section. Is there something wrong with your page?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over the Kickstarter platform and it appears some other campaigns are experiencing this as well. We reached out to Kickstarter and they informed us they are aware of the situation and are working hard to fix it. In the meantime, they advised pledging through the website instead of the mobile app.

When will everything else besides the Starter Set ship out?
Barring any unforeseen complications, we are aiming to ship everything else out in December 2021.

Are you using an external pledge manager to manage your pledges?
We are using BackerKit’s pledge manager. This will allow us great flexibility and transparency in handling pledges and promotions throughout the campaign.

How do we add-on to our pledge?
To add-on to your pledge, click on “Manage Pledge” and select your pledge, it should take you to the Add-Ons where you can click on the add-ons you want.

How does the free add-on work?
Every time we unlock a 4th stretch goal, we will be allowing you to choose 1 optional buy for free. We will be handling all of this through the pledge manager at the end of the campaign. But let’s say we unlock 8 stretch goals, that means everyone gets 2 Optional Buys absolutely free!

Does the All-In pledge include multiple copies of High Noon because it says "All unlocked optional buys?"
We consider “Unlocked” to refer to the stretch goals. We do not consider pledge tiers to be unlocked as they are simply the pledge tiers.

What size are the minis?
The minis are scaled at 28mm.
Last updated: March 07, 2021 08:02
Why are the expansion minis grey but the Starter Set colored?
Remember, High Noon is intended to be a gateway game to introduce people who don’t generally play board games into this wonderful world we love. We colored the Starter Set minis because we wanted the Starter Set to be as accessible to anyone as possible. Everything else is aimed toward the general gaming crowd.

Why didn't you just reveal your shipping costs like everyone else?
As this is our first completed Kickstarter, call it a rookie mistake. We looked at the biggest Kickstarter campaigns out there and every one of them said “these are just estimates,” and advised they were all subject to change based on the specific address of each backer. We immediately thought “then why the heck even show them if they’re probably going to change?”
We didn’t anticipate that people might think our shipping rates would be astronomical, let alone all that different from what looks like standard rates across the campaigns - just because we didn’t list estimates that probably won’t even be all that accurate.
We thought that by being the most transparent with the backers that backers would then assume our rates would fall in line with what they’ve paid in the past for other campaigns and - assuming whatever those rates ended up being hasn’t stopped them from backing games so far - they’d go along with us, given our unparalleled track record of communication and transparency.
We also thought that, with a $40 shipping allowance, this would ease minds as it’s also something nobody else has done and would likely mean free shipping for just about everyone who backed us at the All-In pledge.
Guess we were wrong .
Fortunately, another thing we do very well is listen to our backers. So we reached back out to our fulfillment partners with all of your concerns and they assured us that - not only would our shipping rates be comparable, if not competitive, with other campaign prices, they would be getting us a comprehensive estimate sheet by March 8th.
So please be patient with us as we pretty that sheet up and place it prominently on the campaign page on Monday, March 8th! :)
We have a feeling you’re going to like it.

Will the tray fit sleeved or boxed cards?
The tray in the Starter Set should fit the boxed cards snugly. Keep in mind, the Starter Set is intended as a Gateway game. The vast majority of our market will most likely not even know sleeving cards is even a thing. We are, however, retooling the tray for sleeved cards, as well as working on other storage solutions for our die hard posse gamers.

If I upgrade my pledge to go All-In, do I qualify for the Ride or Die program?
Yup! As long as you remain in the All-In pledge (Everything & the Stove) through the end of the pledge management stage of the campaign, you will be included in the Ride or Die program.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
